What Product do you use?


Basically all of our product is certified Organic we use.




how do you sanitizing tools.


we use disposable tools,pedicure liner,and using HOSPITAL grade Sterilization machine .




Why don’t we use the razor blades when doing a pedicure.


It is illegal in the state of ILLINOIS for Nail Tech’s to use them. A Podiatrist is trained in using these blades. They also can transmit disease if not properly sanitized.but we have special callus tretment system.




Do you take walk-ins?


Yes, however, most of our guests book their manicure appointments in advance so we highly recommend reserving an appointment in advance.




What's your cancellation policy?


For services we require credit card information upon booking as we have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Please note that if you cancel within that 24-hour period, you will be subject to a charge of 50% of the service price. If you no-show, you will be charged 100% of the service price. Any appointment that a client fails to call and adjust or cancel will be considered a “no-show”. Cancellations will not be accepted via e-mail. Our Team depends on your timely arrival or cancellation. Thank you for your cooperation!




What's your late arrival policy?


We always want to run on time for all of our guests, so we appreciate on-time arrivals. If you arrive more than 5 minutes late for your appointment, we reserve the right to shorten or reschedule your service in order to keep the next client's service at their scheduled time. If you are running late, please call us immediately so we can advise you of your options.




Do you have a mani or pedi fix policy?


We are committed to providing you with an experience where you leave polished, confident, and ready to conquer your day. In the instance that you are unsatisfied with your manicure, we want to hear about it! Please email us to let us know and include pictures of your manicure. Our quality team will get back to you within 24 hours with a solution.. We offer complimentary fixes within 3-7 days of the service type completion pending management approval
