The following Salon & Spa Policies are intended to enhance everyone’s experience with us.


Forest Nails & Spa is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.


Please notify the spa coordinator of any allergies or sensitivities to aromas or ingredients when you schedule your appointment.

  • For services we require credit card information upon booking as we have a 24-hour cancellation policy.

  • Please note that if you cancel within that 24-hour period, you will be subject to a charge of 50% of the service price.

  • If you no-show, you will be charged 100% of the service price. Any appointment that a client fails to call and adjust or cancel will be considered a “no-show”.

  • Cancellations will not be accepted via e-mail.

  • Our Team depends on your timely arrival or cancellation. Thank you for your cooperation!


  • Please be advised that all discounted Gift Cards, Gift Certificates, Package Deals and Spa Week Offers cannot be combined with any other Fo:rest Nails & Spa offers, discounts and promotions.

  • First time clients And reffer clients receive 20% off any salon and spa services. Some restrictions may apply.

  • Gratuities: Cash only.


All service, series and gift cards sales are final.

  • Unopened items may be returned within 14 days with proof of purchase as required by Forest Nails & Spa in order for any exchanges and/or refunds to be given. 

  • Due to health regulations, we regret that we cannot accept opened and/or used returns of the following items: skin care products, nail care and pedicure care products.

  • Gift Certificates and service series are non-refundable, and are good for one year. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.

  • No refund policy on services completed at our salon. We offer complimentary fixes within 7 days of the service completion pending management approval.


  • We will always try our best to accommodate you if you’re running behind, stuck in traffic, etc. It happens, we know!

  • However, your tardiness can affect the remainder of our teams’ day by delaying them for their clients who come in on time.

  • For this reason, we have set a few general ground rules for such situations. Clients will generally be allowed a 15 minute grace period.


  • Gift cards redeemed at our locations, online or by phone.

  • Forset Nails and spa is not responsible for lost Gift Cards or eGift Cards. They are not transferable or redeemable for cash or credit. Gift Cards and eGift Cards cannot be used towards Membership,Series ,package deal ,or Gratuity. any other promotion
